I experimented shooting ink in a tank with an HDV camera. The idea was to use the flowing inks swirls and drops for a possible transition solution. The ink drops’ natural formations were beautiful and I wanted to incorporate them somehow in my piece. Ultimately, the ink flows were not useful in the purpose of transitioning between each phase, but they did work as visual element to begin and end my piece. The organic flow and uniqueness of each ink shot supported the desired emotion.
